Latvia wins Liechtenstein in the UEFA League of Nations

On June 6, the capital of Latvia hosted the group stage match of the UEFA Nations Tournament. The hosts met with the Liechtenstein team. And the Latvians managed to reach the top of the league table with a minimum score.

The first half was played without any memorable moments. But already in the second half of the match, the home team managed to score a goal. This happened in the 73rd minute of the game. The midfielder of the RFS club and the national team Artur Zyuzin scored a goal.

As a result of the match, Latvia takes the first position in Group D, earning 6 points in total.

Liechtenstein remains at the bottom of the table. The team failed to earn a single point, but they have a chance to improve the situation in the next match.
