Invites for IEM XVII – Dallas Revealed

ESL have revealed ten teams that received direct invites to their event IEM XVII – Dallas. Among them are six partnered teams – ENCE, FaZe Clan, FURIA Esports, G2 Esports, and Natus Vincere. Another four teams have received invites based on their places in the ESL World Ranking – they are Astralis, Heroic, Players, and Team Vitality.

The final six participants will be determined through the regional qualifiers – two will make it through Europe and North America, while South America and Oceania will be represented by one team each. The qualifiers will be played early next months, the list of invited teams looks as follows:

• Europe: Entropiq, Fnatic, Movistar Riders, Outsiders
• North America: Complexity, Evil Geniuses, GODSENT, Liquid
• South America: Imperial, MIBR
• Oceania: LFO, ORDER

The main event is scheduled for May 30th – June 5th and will be played in Dallas, USA. The tournament’s prize pool is set at $250,000; it is also a part of Intel Grand Slam.
