HCS EU Super Groups Revealed

343 Industries have revealed the groups for the upcoming major European Halo event HCS 2022 EU Super with a $100,000 prize pool, which begins already tomorrow, on March 25th. Sixteen teams, among which eight are from open qualifiers, have been seeded into four groups as follows:

• Group A: Acend, Method2Madness, NSLM, Your Org Here
• Group B: Deonkwovcok III, Natus Vincere, Potential, Rejected
• Group C: Flying Dutchman, Quadrant, Team Timmy, Team Twisted
• Group D: BLVKHVND EU, Swedish Vikings, The Lads, Vexed Gaming

The competition within the groups will follow a round-robin format, with all matches being best-of-five. All teams will qualify for the playoffs – however, the best two teams from each group will advance to its upper bracket, while the others – to the first and second rounds of the lower one. The playoffs will also feature the winners of the Super Open – MatchmakingKids, waarismegeld, Half Grizzled and Team 7.

Halo Championship Series 2022: Europe Super will conclude on March 27th, its four best teams will qualify for the group stage of Kansas City Major. The major will be played offline and feature teams from all regions competing for a $250,000 prize pool.
